Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you use the quote form we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email (optional), the service you need, your area, and your description of the job. We also record which page you sent it from and when.

How we use it

We use your information only to handle your request: to pass it to an independent, licensed local contractor who serves your area so they can contact you, and to follow up on that request. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who we share it with

  • The independent contractor who handles your request.
  • Service providers that run this site and our lead handling for us — web hosting, our customer-relationship (CRM) system, and privacy-friendly site analytics. They may use the information only to provide those services.
  • Anyone we are required to share it with by law.

Analytics and cookies

We use cookie-free web analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use advertising cookies or build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

We keep request records as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and to meet legal and business record-keeping needs, then delete them.

Your California privacy rights

California residents can ask to know what personal information we have about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we don’t sell or share personal information). We won’t treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, send it through our contact form and write “Privacy request” in the description. We’ll verify the request and respond within the time the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date below.
