How Getting a Septic Quote Works Here
No call centers, no invented prices, no pressure. A short form, a licensed local contractor, a site visit, a written quote — in that order.
- Licensed C-42 contractor — license shown in writing
- County-permitted installations & replacements
- Free on-site evaluation before you commit
You send the form
Three short steps: the service you need, property details that affect the job, and your contact info. If you’re in escrow, note the closing date — transaction work is scheduled against it.
A licensed local contractor takes it
Central Coast Septic Pros routes your request to a licensed local septic contractor serving your area. Installation and replacement work in California requires a CSLB C-42 Sanitation System license (or C-36/A within scope). The contractor’s license is verified and shown to you in writing before any work starts — you never have to take our word for it.
Site visit & testing
The contractor evaluates the property: tank and field condition for repairs and inspections, or soil and perc testing where a new system or field is planned. This is where scope — repair vs. replacement, conventional vs. advanced — is decided on evidence.
Written quote, permit, work
You receive an itemized written quote. On your approval, permitted work goes through your county’s OWTS program, is installed, and passes county inspection. You approve each stage before it happens.
What we won’t do
- Quote a full installation over the phone without seeing the property
- Invent credentials — no license numbers, ratings or reviews appear on this site, because the contractor’s real ones are shown to you in writing instead
- Push replacement when a repair is the rational fix
- Start unpermitted work on jobs the county requires a permit for
